The large living room is knotty pine harvested from the surrounding woods. The fireplace was handmade from multi colored river rock, handpicked from the bottom of the lake years ago. Our property sits on an approx. 50 acre private lake. There is a private dock, large deck with grill and a fire pit. For summer fun there are 2-kayaks, 2-stand up boards and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. Bring your poles to fish off the dock or just sit and read your books. Sunsets are stunning. Bike and snowmobile trails are close by. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. Two have queen beds and one has a single/double bunk bed. There is a large kitchen, dining area, family room with large TV with basic satellite, gas fireplace, and a full size bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer. We have well water which is the best tasting water you'll ever taste. There is a gravel driveway on side of garage that takes you up to the cottage. Otherwise there are steps to walk up from garage. We have one unique feature in our gravel a telephone pole. However- not to worry - there is room to drive around it. The cottage is cozy and comfortable...a place to visit and leave your work and worries behind. We look forward to sharing our special place. Lake Bragonier is a private (approximately 50 acre) lake. There is no public boat landing on this lake and no boat ramp at our cottage. This is a no wake lake. There is no water skiing or no large motor water crafts. Guests are invited to tour the cranberry marsh throughout the year, and during cranberry harvest season (mid-September thru mid-October). No ropes are included, but there are cleats for tie-up. Water Access: This cabin is located within walking distance of South Bay of Little Saint Germain Lake. Guests will be allotted a space of a 50 foot shared dock. This beach is a shared beach with other resort guests. The beach is a perfect spot for kids of all ages to swim, between the docks there is a sallow area for the little ones and beyond the dock, the lake gets deeper and makes it fun for the older kids.
